The lovely folio box… or, fox box!

Let’s face it. Those of you who have ever worked with a Wedding Photographer know that it’s almost impossible to navigate through the thousands of wedding photography-related products available to you. There are albums, prints, coffee table books, image DVD’s, thank you cards, ornaments, canvases, coffee mugs, etc., etc., etc. I’m a Wedding Photographer and I offer most of those products (well, except coffee mugs)… I feel your pain.

Serenity now! (for my fellow Seinfeld junkies out there)

Enter Portrait Couture…

For Portrait Couture I’ve tried to keep the product offerings as simple as possible. I offer two (count ’em, TWO) primary products – the beautiful Folio Box and the Mounted Portrait. In essence, the Folio Box is a clean, simple, and convenient way to house several 11″ x 14″ mounted prints, or mounted portraits. The print size in the Folio Box is 8″ x 12″ and the mat around it brings the total size to 11″ x 14″.

The nice thing about the Folio Box (or, “Fox Box” as some of my clients have started to call it) is that it can be kept on a coffee table, or under the bed if the images aren’t meant for public viewing. Alternatively, images can be switched in and out from the box and framed for the wall and/ or mounted on a nice easel. Clients are always finding creative ways to showcase their images!

The Folio Box is offered in a 6-image capacity, a 10-image capacity, or a 20-image capacity. I also offer a Portrait Couture Signature Collection, which includes a 20-Image Folio Box, 16″ x 24″ Mounted Portrait, and a DVD containing all of the images purchased for $3,300.

I am very proud of the Folio Boxes. They are made by a company called Seldex, out of Australia (distributed by Finao here in the U.S.). The boxes are beautiful, the craftsmanship is meticulous, and I love the fact that I have my logo embossed on the front of the box along with a DVD button on the inside front cover.

Ok, enough of me talking. Go check out the pictures of the Folio Box for yourself.

Have a fantastic week!
